Indoctrination

I had a great time with Sassy at City Creek last week. We did a little shopping and I did my best to teach her the finer points. ;)

She went straight to the Tori Burch! What a quick learner!

Notice the new Toms we found upstairs in the children's shoes...along with a darling salesclerk who totally charmed her!

Oh la la...the best! Everything she liked inside had sapphires.

It was so fun to steal her away and play all afternoon! It reminded me so much of what it was like to grow up with my mother...totally charmed life, spoiled to pieces, and adored every instant...with a lot of Nordstrom thrown in for good measure. ;)

It was also super fun to run into my darling Gilberts at Nordys during their shopping extravaganza! Shel and I were in the middle of yet another awesome "what is she going to wear for the reception?" excursion. It's a good thing they got the mall finished when they did!

Easter weekend

Awesome Spring Break culminated with a lovely Easter Weekend! The pictures are all from the phone and since it is so much faster to load them from there, I did. Which means that they are in ridiculously random order and I am too (insert adjective here) to fix them. In any case, it was great!

There were some Easter Egg Hunts...our neighborhood hunt is spotlighted in some of the pictures. There was a family brunch without any pictures, but lots of laughing, basket giving, and child-wrangling. There was a terrific dinner in Orem at some friends' new restaurant at which the laughter rang long and loud! (Followed by frozen yogurt and a trip to the emergency room for one---not ptomaine(or ptarmigan as long as we are at it))

Easter Sunday was full of church and an amazing dinner at Drage's! I love the finishing touches that are so perfect, that Kenz never fails to deliver. The tablescape and food and everything could not have been more ideal! Plus everything was yummy! I wish I had pictures after everyone was there, but I only snapped a quick one of Kate in her new shades. Too funny! Anyway, here are lots of pictures... and the challenge to figure out what was what... (It's not much of a challenge...they are pretty self-evident.)
